Each year, Agape hosts over 130 league teams,10 City Championships, four local high schools, and donates time to multiple special interest groups. We have thousands of active players in our programming and invest in upgrades to the facilities we manage. The tireless efforts of the Agape leadership and staff to excel were recognized by the Georgia Professional Tennis Association in 2017 with the following prestigious awards: Agape CEO and Director Amy Pazahanick was named Tennis Director of the Year; Jacob Byrd was named Newcomer of the Year; and Agape’s 10 and under program won Program of the Year. Agape Tennis Academy has a history of success managing public, private, and semi-private tennis centers. Over time we have developed best practices for tennis center management in innovative programming, systems, marketing, technology, and staffing. Agape has a proven track record of operating both public and private tennis centers at high profit margins. Agape is experienced in every facet of facilities management including: budgeting, recruiting, training, programming, staffing, maintenance of the hard and clay courts; purchasing of all equipment; reporting expenses and revenues; conducting monthly operational meetings with; accounting and invoicing; distribution, marketing, and communications; Pro Shop services; court reservations; all tennis policies, rules, and regulations; and every operational and management function required to operate tennis centers.

RICH HISTORY OF SUCCESSFUL MANAGEMENT
Agape has built its reputation on a referenceable and reproducible business model that helps our clients grow their community reputation and revenue. Based on our extensive experience managing tennis center operations, we have developed best practices and a manual of standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are transferable to public and private tennis facilities. Our SOPs include business systems and processes and are granular to the level of staff recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, Club Automation user education, and extensive programming guidelines for all ages and groups of players. We are confident in our methods as they have proven successful over time.
Agape’s high standard of management has resulted in massive growth of the organization since its inception. We are very experienced in successful transitions and have anticipated, forecasted, and mitigated risks for five successful and uninterrupted transitions since 2011.
