Is the Agape Online Tennis Fitness Program Right For You?
Agape Tennis Academy’s in-house sports fitness coach has designed these exercises to help you on the court. They develop skills that are essential in tennis and pickleball, such as strength, flexibility, stamina, accuracy, speed, coordination, and endurance.
Each session consists of strength-building exercises, metabolic conditioning, and different skills workouts.
We vary the focus on upper body, lower body, core, and full body exercises.
Metabolic conditioning is performed in short sessions (no more than 15 minutes), trying to build toward a high intensity level.
The strength sessions include upper body and lower body, and some hypertrophy sessions.
