OUR POLICIES

JUNIOR PROGRAM POLICIES

  • Monthly payment due at the beginning of each month
  • Pro-rated pricing is available depending on start date
  • Must specify which days your child is attending
  • Credits are issued only for classes cancelled due to inclement weather
  • You can attend an alternate day of class ONCE PER MONTH (excluding months with extra days), if you send an email requesting a day change 24 hours in advance; if it rains on the day you request, there is no make up for that class
  • Makeups must be made up within the same month.  Any missed classes on last day of the month cannot be made up
  • Please check with the pro shop to ensure we have your proper email address as this is how weather cancellations and other junior tennis updates will be communicated
  • All juniors will continue to be registered monthly unless otherwise notified by email before the end of the month.

ADULT PROGRAM POLICIES

  • Sign up online at www.agapetennisacademy.com to guarantee spot
  • Online registration closes at midnight prior for morning classes & two hours prior for afternoon classes
  • Classes must have a minimum of 3 students by close of registration or individual class will be cancelled
  • Payment is required at time of registration
  • Drop-ins for classes will be allowed if minimum number of students has been met   
  • Credits will be issued for weather-related cancellations
  • Pro Shop will email cancellations and updates on adult program classes
  • Some classes might be subject to change during ALTA/USTA seasons

HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM POLICIES

  • Monthly payment due at the beginning of each month
  • Pro-rated pricing is available depending on start date
  • Must specify which days your child is attending
  • HPP Classes are on rain or shine
  • Please check with the pro shop to ensure we have your proper email address as this is how weather cancellations and other junior tennis updates will be communicated

CAMP AND SPECIAL EVENTS POLICIES

  • Must have 4 campers to hold the camp. If camp is cancelled due to low numbers, an email notification will be sent by 5pm the evening before camp
  • If it rains before camp or special events begins, it will be cancelled
  • If it rains after camp or special events has started, then camp or special event will be completed with indoor activities.
