Agape has more than 12 years of experience managing public tennis & pickleball centers. Agape has demonstrated extensive capability to manage public tennis centers in partnership with municipalities in the state of Georgia and California. Our management of public tennis centers for the City of Atlanta, Georgia, DeKalb County, Georgia; Georgia State University, the City of Fountain Valley, California; and the City of Oxnard, California, speaks to Agape’s capacity to work with municipal entities and successfully conduct tennis and pickleball center operations, management, and maintenance.

DeKalb Tennis Center
DEKALB COUNTY, GEORGIA
SINCE FEBRUARY 2017
Agape manages every aspect of the DeKalb Tennis Center. Agape has contracted with DeKalb County, Georgia, since February of 2017 (successfully rebidding this contract in March of 2022). The eight-acre complex has 17 hard surface tennis courts and a 3,500-square-foot clubhouse. The clubhouse includes a retail area, snack bar, administrative office space, equipment repair area, storage, and restrooms, and Agape has 24 full-time tennis and pickleball professionals as well as 14 part-time professionals at the DeKalb Tennis Center. DeKalb Tennis Center has seen year-over-year increases in the use of courts and in revenue under Agape’s management.
DeKalb Tennis Center also has ten pickleball courts and serves more than 3,250 pickleball players. Agape provides extensive tennis and pickleball programming at DeKalb Tennis Center for juniors and adults. In the past year, Agape served 6,000+ league tennis players, hosted 270 league teams, hosted 30 junior events with more than 1,500 players, hosted 25 adult events with more than 1,000 players, provided individual and group coaching for approximately 20,000 adult and junior players, provided pickleball programming for approximately 3,500 individuals, and maintains an active database of approximately 20,000 individuals.

Fountain Valley Tennis and Pickleball Center
CITY OF FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CALIFORNIA

Agape contracts with the City of Fountain Valley to manage every aspect of the Fountain Valley Tennis and Pickleball Center. The ten-acre complex has 11 hard surface tennis courts, four dedicated pickleball courts, eight permanent lined pickleball courts, two hitting backboards, and a 1,000-square-foot clubhouse. The clubhouse includes a retail area, snack bar, administrative office space, storage, and restrooms. Agape has 12 full-time tennis and pickleball professionals as well as 12 part-time professionals at the Fountain Valley Tennis and Pickleball Center. Fountain Valley Tennis and Pickleball Center has an active database of 11,465 participants (3,908 of those are pickleball players) who have played in our tennis and pickleball programs.

Oxnard Tennis Center
CITY OF OXNARD, CALIFORNIA
SINCE JANUARY 2022
Agape contracts with the City of Oxnard to manage every aspect of the Oxnard Tennis Center, a complex with eight hard surface tennis courts, eight lined pickleball courts, and a 1,000-square-foot clubhouse. The clubhouse includes a retail area, snack bar, administrative office space, storage, and restrooms. Agape staffs Oxnard Tennis Center with six full-time tennis and pickleball professionals and eight part-time professionals. Agape provides comprehensive tennis programming for players of all ages and abilities. Oxnard Tennis Center has an active database of 7,914 participants (2,368 of those are pickleball players) who have played in our tennis and pickleball programs since January 2022.

CITY OF ATLANTA, GEORGIA
SINCE FEBRUARY 2024
The City of Atlanta Racquet Centers that include Bitsy Grant, Chastain Park, Joseph McGhee, Sharon Lester, and the Washington Park Racquet Centers already has an active data base of 10,601 participants who have played in our tennis and pickleball programs since beginning managing the centers in February of 2024. Of those participants 2,504 are pickleball players who have participated in programming. Agape was able to hire 50 plus staff members in one month to begin programming, operations, and management successfully at five City centers.
At all centers under Agape management, we use Club Automation software as a critical technology resource that complements human resources capacity and capabilities. Club Automation allows the Agape team to provide customer-facing interactions such as online court reservations, activity registration, and billing. The software also allows Agape to track and report on center and program use and revenue and expenses.
Agape has also developed a management system that allows us to scale services at the centers we manage and expand center management quickly and easily while maintaining high-quality services. We are flexible and nimble in responding to center and customer needs, and Agape’s size, resources, software, management philosophy, and previous successes speak to our capability to provide excellent center operations.

- 2024: Agape was named Best Pickleball Courts by the Orange County Register.
- March 2024: Agape hosted ESPN at our center in Fountain Valley, California, receiving national exposure for Fountain Valley’s “Pickleball Madness Tournament.”
- 2024. 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020: Agape was named Best of Decatur.
- February 2023: Agape was selected as the National Public Provider of the Year for 2022 by the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR), and CEO Amy Pazahanick was a featured speaker for an audience of 150+ pickleball professionals.
- 2022: Agape CEO Amy Pazahanick was selected as a Top 15 Leader in the City of Fountain Valley, California, for her contributions to economic impact and community service. The United States Congress House of Representatives, California Legislature Assembly, and the County of Orange recognized her for this award.
- 2022: Agape hosted the Special Olympics at Fountain Valley Tennis & Pickleball Center.
- November 2022: The City Council for Fountain Valley recognized Agape and Amy Pazahanick by awarding them the City’s Kindness Award for dedication to the betterment and improvement of the quality of life in the community.
- November 2022: Both the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) and the Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR) invited CEO Amy Pazahanick to be a featured speaker at the International Tennis and Pickleball Conference in November of 2022.
