EARLY RISERS BOOTCAMP: ADULTS WITH COACH JON
These classes are designed for players to improve their tennis game and overall level of fitness. Players will participate in fast paced tennis drills focusing on footwork and specific movement patterns. Fun, upbeat music will be a benefactor in this class!

SPEED, AGILITY, FLEXIBILITY: JUNIORS WITH COACH JON
These classes are designed for junior tennis players who desire to improve their physical fitness in order to improve their tennis game. Players will undergo tennis fitness drills designed to rapidly improve quickness, develop footwork, and increase balance, coordination, and flexibility. These classes will help players reach their highest physical level of potential.

STRENGTHEN, STRETCH, RECOVER, AND PREVENT AND REDUCE INJURIES
Coach Kevin is certified in personal training by the National Academy of Sports Medicine
(NASM), large group training, Pilates, Golf Biomechanics, and ELDOA. ELDOA a specific joint
strengthening and mobility training. He has worked with high performance athletes, recreational
adults and juniors of all fitness and health levels. He has helped multiple people with serious
joint, spinal, and other injuries.
GROUP CLASSES WITH COACH KEVIN

These classes will improve joint mobility and strength to enhance your overall body movement. These classes will help you recover quickly and efficiently to allow you to stay mobile, agile, flexible, prevent injury, and strengthen new muscles. These classes balance the body for improved alignment, movement, and leave you feeling good! This is perfect for young and adult athletes needing to recover from training or competitions as well as anyone with tightness, sore, or stiff muscles or limited range of motion.
SPORTS RECOVERY/ VIBRATION THERAPY WITH COACH KEVIN

If you have any nagging injuries or certain joint issues (herniated disc, impingement, etc.) and want specific actions to help, these sessions will be perfect for you. This is also ideal for youth and adult athletes recovering from training and competition. Results include better posture, muscle toning, reduced aches and pains, more energy, and improved sports performance.
